- Outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed.

- Proper swimwear must be worn inside the water park.

- Regular diapers are not permitted in the pools or water attractions. Non-toilet-trained children must wear swim diapers.

- Each child must be accompanied and supervised by an adult/guardian at all times.

- Street clothes, inappropriate swimwear and clothing or accessories that may damage the slides are not permitted.

- Pointed heels are strictly not permitted inside the water park.

- All guests must follow the park’s safety and hygiene rules.

- Guests may be required to complete a waiver before entering the park.

- Children under 1 year old can enter for FREE with a paying adult.

The Dubai Hills branch also offers birthday packages with access to the water park, a kids’ meal, live entertainment, a foam party, invitation cards and a dedicated celebration setup. Birthday bookings must be arranged with the venue in advance.

Birthday packages require advance booking. A minimum number of 10 children applies.
