Koala Kids

I am disappointed with my experience. Today (Feb. 24, 2026) at around 4:00 PM, while taking a driving lesson in Al Quoz, I experienced a sudden and urgent need to use the bathroom. I stopped at Koala Amusement & theme park Al Quoz and politely asked if I could use the restroom. I was refused access purely on the basis that I did not have a child with me playing inside their amusement park. I explained and asked twice. The staff even consulted another staff member, yet both still chose to deny me access. At no point was any empathy or flexibility shown. I am pregnant, and frequent, uncontrollable urges to urinate are a real and unavoidable physical condition. However, pregnancy aside, denying a person access to a restroom in an emergency reflects a serious lack of basic human decency, all of which could have been easily avoided with a small act of compassion. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for basic dignity and humanity. Businesses should seriously reflect on the values they are teaching their and strongly urge management to review both their policies and staff training.

Today I put my one year old baby there and she had fun, we used the kidzapp and got a good deal!!

one of our favourite play areas, plenty of different stations so kids don’t get bored. they can spend all day here making it perfect when weather is too hot outside. price is very reasonable compared to other play areas in Dubai. there’s lots of staff to interact with and supervise the children.

really cute place for toddlers and small kids. dancing and bubbles make it super interactive and the dress up/make belief areas are really nice for toddlers - would go again for sure, my 15 month old had so much fun!
