Very disappointing experience. The staff in the play zone give zero attention to the kids. Children are inside playing while the staff are standing around, not watching, not helping, and not paying attention at all. I had to call the staff 15 times just to get someone to assist with my child. This is completely unacceptable, especially in a place meant for children’s safety and enjoyment. Legoland really needs to train their staff better and take child supervision seriously. I will not be returning unless they improve their service.

Great fun

We enjoyed Legoland very much but, the queues are not fun and are especially difficult with excited kids/toddlers. There was good sanitization, social distancing and everyone was wearing masks.

Fun

Fantastic place to visit with the kids. My youngest especially loved miniland but, keep in mind that you will walk a lot with the kids. Also, the queue is especially bad on weekends so try your best to go early on weekdays. Otherwise, great and fun place and I would recommend visiting it.
