- A minimum of AED 500 non-refundable deposit should be made to insure the booking of the BirthdayParty. Kids HQ cannot hold any date without a deposit. You can pay at the reception KIDS HQ or pay online.
- Party duration is 2 hours. If the client decides to stay or extend their time there will be a fee of AED 65/child for 2 hours of play.
- Outside food/beverage is strictly not allowed in Kids HQ. If you wish to bring your food then there is a corkage fee of AED300.
- Invitation cards, Goody bags for the kids, Cake & disposable plates and spoons/forks for your cake will be provided by you (for kids & Adults).
- Confirmation of number of kids and meals should be done 2 days before the party.
- Kids HQ is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items by the client or guest.
- Any changes made within 24 hours of the party are not guaranteed.
- Socks are mandatory for adults and kids.
- The availability of rooms depends upon their availability.
