Beat the heat with the theme park's in-house buggy service. Get your Buggy Pass wrist band from the guest services desk or directly from the driver before you board. The fee is AED 20 per person and you can hop on and off throughout your day at the park, as many times as you wish.

- Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
- Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost
- Children below the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18
- The park has the right to deny entry if the park is at full capacity. In this case, the park may suggest ticket holders to visit the following day instead.
- Some activities may not be operational due to maintenance or up-gradation and are subject to availability
