SINGLE VISIT PASS
--------------
1) Advance booking is mandatory.
2) Tickets are valid for 2 hours. You can extend your ticket for AED50 per child per hour for 2-16 years old and AED25 per child per hour for below 23 months old.
3) Kindly arrive on time. If you arrive any later than 30 minutes post the admission time, you may be refused admission - or you may not be allowed to spend full 2 hours at the museum.
4) Tickets are only valid for the time slot for which they are purchased and cannot be exchanged/refunded once bought.
5) This is exclusively a museum visitation ticket. Ticket holders do NOT get free admission to any:
- Special Events, for example but not limited to, our planned Halloween events or the MessFest
- Workshops, for example but not limited to, any ongoing workshops
- Special activations, for example but not limited to Dino Dig
- Special programs, for example but not limited to our planned special programs for younger kids or our after-school programs
- Birthdays / Fieldtrips

1) The Multi-Visit Pass is valid for 3x 2-hour Standard visits.
2) The Multi-Visit Pass is valid for 1 Child + 1 Complimentary Adult.
3) The Multi-Visit Pass is valid for 3x visits for the duration of 6 months from the date of purchase. The validity cannot be extended.
4) The Multi-Visit Pass is for exclusive use for the name purchased. It cannot be transferred, no exceptions for siblings.
5) Valid to use on public holidays.

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) For the safety of other guests and colleagues, OliOli® may refuse entry to guests exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms.
2) Tickets and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3) Children must be accompanied with an adult during their visit to OliOli®. Similarly, adults must be accompanied with a child to enter OliOli®.
4) Tickets are valid for the ages specified in the T&Cs.
5) Tickets are only valid for the time slot which you have booked for and cannot be exchanged/refunded once bought.
6) OliOli® has socks-only zones. If you forget to bring yours, you will need to buy a pair at reception.
7) Change of clothes recommended.
