SINGLE VISIT PASS

1) Advanced booking is mandatory.
2) Tickets are valid for 2 hours. You can extend your ticket for AED50 per child per hour for 2-16 years old and AED25 per child per hour for below 23 months old.
3) Kindly arrive on time. If you arrive any later than 30 minutes post the admission time, you may be refused admission - or you may not be allowed to spend full 2 hours at the museum.
4) Tickets are only valid for the time slot for which they are purchased and cannot be exchanged/refunded once bought.
5) This is exclusively a museum visitation ticket. Ticket holders do NOT get free admission to any:
- Special Events, for example but not limited to, our planned Halloween events or the MessFest
- Workshops, for example but not limited to, any ongoing workshops
- Special activations, for example but not limited to Dino Dig
- Special programs, for example but not limited to our planned special programs for younger kids or our after-school programs
- Birthdays / Fieldtrips

4) The 3-Visit Pass is valid for 3x visits for the duration of 6 months from the date of purchase. The validity cannot be extended.
5) Valid to use on public holidays.

4) Tickets are valid for the ages specified in the T&Cs.
