CURRENT EXHIBITIONS

1) VAN GOGH
Experience the genius of Van Gogh as a thrilling, magnificent fusion of light, movement and sound, in our wondrous immersive art centre. Van Gogh’s famous artwork pulses with life, as a spectacular, one-of-a-kind experience. Through pioneering digital technology, vibrant colours and delicate shapes waltz and swirl to mesmerizing music, moving ingeniously across expansive, innovative spaces, captivating all your senses.

The exhibition masterfully showcases the evolution of Van Gogh’s art, from The Potato Eaters (1885), Sunflowers (1888) and Starry Night (1889), to Bedroom at Arles (1889), placing you at the heart of each masterpiece.

2) DREAMED JAPAN
An imaginative and transformative immersion where each moment, each step, each sound brings a new, dynamic perspective and sparks a myriad of emotions. Step inside an amazing dreamlike space, where the poetically beautiful world of 19th century Japan floats all around you, blending seamlessly Hokusai’s portraits with enchanting landscapes and marvels of the sea, by transforming them into a virtual reality so vivid and powerful you’ll feel the wonder in every moment.

3) VERSE
This exhibition was created specifically for immersive art spaces (Le Studio in the Atelier des Lumières), as a mesmerising explosion of wondrous colours, shapes and sounds.

A sensational and sensorial delight, Verse is a hypnotic, metaphysical journey by Thomas Vanz. A whirling extravaganza of images demonstrating the magical beauty and harmonious movement of the cosmos is amplified with the harmonies of an orchestral piece composed with Jonathan Fitas.

4) DESTINATION COSMOS
This is an original digital creation by Culturespaces and the French National Center for Space Studies, CNES. It traces humanity’s desire to understand and explore the universe, from the first observations of stars many centuries ago, to the Apollo 11 moon landing. Composed of 13 sequences and a prologue, the exhibition immerses you in a wondrous plethora of stars, planets, nebulae, and supernovae, with striking images from CNES and NASA and an eclectic music soundtrack.

The journey begins from the CNES tracking station, in the heart of the Guyanese rainforest, skyrocketing to the far reaches of the universe, where the space adventure takes you roaming through the canyons of Mars, alongside powerful rovers, diving into the heart of Jupiter, soaring over the rings of Saturn, and crossing the borders of our solar system to explore the vastness of the universe.
