Very disappointing experience. Tried booking a birthday party via WhatsApp with an agent named Saifa. She was curt, unhelpful, and showed zero warmth or any hint of customer service. Initially claimed they were fully booked, only to later admit the café area was available — information she could have shared upfront. When asked about decorations (which are clearly shown in their ads), I was bluntly told they “don’t provide decorations,” with no explanation or alternatives. I am overseas and shared I was ready to pay a deposit immediately through an online option, I was told if no one else books within 72 hours, I might get the slot. This is a children’s birthday — it should be joyful and welcoming. The attitude, poor communication, and lack of basic customer service were unacceptable. Parents, think carefully before trusting such an important day to this team. Management team at XPark Jr, I suggest you review your whatsapp messages managed by Saifa. I hope you can find somebody who has even a pinch more service in their bones to talk to your customers.

the place is super disgusting, it’s hard to find a parking spot, the staff is rude… I hate going there..

since. I been to this. place. many years ago whenn they opened I keep going. it’s no one. Friend I will not tell about it. I have a new baby now I can’t wait to come back sooon. outdoor fresh air slides water animals cooking games all in one place. Annd nice. coffe

Got bitten all over my lower leg by flea…would definitly not go back, some playgrounds in public parks are better; if you look for animal encounter there are better/ cleaner ways to do that
