Know Before You Go: Splash Pad at Dubai Hills Park

- Kids under 16yrs old must always be supervised by an adult companion

- An accompanying adult also needs to pay the entry fee

- People of determination pay AED 25 for entry

- Carers pay normal price

- Artificial beach is included

- Dubai Hills parking is the closest one to the venue (2 minutes from the entrance). You can also drop off close to the entrance.

- Changing and shower facilities are available

- There is a restaurant, The Hills Eatery, across the street from the venue that is open throughout the day

- There is no cafe or facilities with AC at the venue

Good place for younger kids

Kids under 5 will enjoy the splash pad. We usually come for a few hours in the afternoon when the weather is still too hot for other outdoor activities.

very bad service

got tickets on kids up and took my children together with a friend and her daughter to celebrate my daughters 4th birthday. got there and told they informed kidzapp regarding it being closed. I called kidz app and was promised a refund and entrance to another park as it was ny daughters birthday. due to us being vegan we couldn't access the other park ( that a whole other story) any way I had to take my children to another normal park for a picnic and couldn't even walk around as we were dressed for the WATER PARK. Got told we could choose another option from kidzapp to redo my babys special day. They will credit me they gave us the option or legoland we agreed then get 150 credited to the account. I laugh as this won't evwn get us to this park. They over promise on their own accord and didn't even deliver. Needless to sat I won't be using the kidzapp or dubai Hill park as both ruined my child's day!

Waste of Money

Its very small, good for kids under 5 only, no seating available for guests, rude behaviour of the staff, not at all considerate, not at all worth the money
