Super simple sugar cookies that you can cut and shape into whatever you'd like! You can even top the cookies with cinnamon, sugar, icing and more.--INGREDIENTS--2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking soda½ teaspoon baking powder1 cup butter, softened1 ½ cups white sugar1 egg1 teaspoon vanilla extract--STEP 1--Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.--STEP 2--In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients. --STEP 3--Flatten the dough with a rolling pin and create your shapes with cookie cutters or your hands.--STEP 4--Bake 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden.
