- Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the camp is canceled by Loco Bear.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for dropping off and picking up their children on time. A late pick-up fee may be charged if a child is not collected within 15 minutes after the camp ends.
- All children must be in good health to participate in the camp. Any existing medical conditions, allergies, or medication requirements must be disclosed during registration.
- Loco Bear reserves the right to refuse participation if a child shows or poses a risk to others.
