Camp Policies:
• Full payment is required in advance to guarantee your spot at the camp.
• Roboland will contact the customers once booking is done to collect the necessary information required to keep.
• Please ensure your child brings daily essentials including a snack, lunch, water bottle, rubber grip socks, and spare clothes.
• Children need to be at least 4 years of age prior to the start of the camp. Kindly note that we do not have the resources to be able to make exceptions in this respect.
• Siblings in different age groups will NOT be placed together to ensure children are engaged in activities appropriate for their age & development.
• Price promotions are valid only for a specified period and only one discount or promotion can be applied per booking.
• Adults are not allowed to accompany their children. Please ensure you adhere to the designated check-in time, as children cannot be left unattended before this time. For safety reasons, campers must sign in and out with the RoboLand team each day.
• Campers may bring their own food (lunch and snacks) or parents can pre-order meals from the RoboLand at drop-off. Please avoid packing food that requires refrigeration or heating, as these services are not available due to Dubai Municipality food health and safety regulations. For the safety of all campers, nuts and products containing nuts are strictly prohibited.
• Please arrive on time to pick up your child at the end of the camp. Only designated caretakers can pick up the camper(s), and their details must be provided during registration. If there are any changes to the designated caretaker, RoboLand must be notified at least 24 hours in advance via email at [email protected]. Please include the name and Emirates ID of the new caretaker, who must present their Emirates ID at pick-up.
• RoboLand reserves the right to deny entry to children displaying flu symptoms. If your child has a fever, skin rash, flu symptoms, or any other communicable illness, please keep them at home until they are symptom-free for at least 24 hours and/or have been cleared by a doctor (with a doctor’s note if required). In case of an emergency or if your child becomes ill at camp, we will notify you immediately and ask that you pick them up as soon as possible. For medical emergencies, you authorize the in-house pediatric paramedic to administer necessary medication until you or an ambulance arrive. If your child requires medication during camp, a caretaker must be present to administer it; RoboLand staff or the in-house paramedic cannot do so.
• Campers should not bring personal items, including electronics, as they will be fully engaged in camp activities. RoboLand® is not responsible for any damage, loss, or misplacement of personal items or money.
• Please inform us of any allergies, accessibility needs, behavioral or emotional conditions, or other special requirements as soon as possible so we can make necessary accommodations.
• For the safety of all, RoboLand reserves the right to remove anyone who does not adhere to camp rules or engages in unsafe behavior. If needed, we will contact parents to discuss alternatives. Continued issues may result in the camper being asked to stay home.
• Cancellations and Refunds: Once the camp begins, tickets are non-cancellable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Absences from the camp do not qualify for a refund. Cancellations made less than seven (7) calendar days before the start of the camp are also ineligible for a refund.
• If a camper arrives without any of the required essentials and RoboLand has to provide them, the parent or guardian will be billed for these items at the end of the camp.
