Unforgettable Themed Birthdays at OliOli®

1) ADVANCE DEOPOSIT: 50% advance deposit is required to confirm and reserve the Birthday party.

2) BALANCE PAYMENT and VAT would be settled on the day of the party. Party bill should be paid upon exit and will be based on the exit time. Extending the time is subject to availability and charged additional (at 50AED/child for each additional hour). Due to the capacity restrictions please inquire in advance.

3) ROOM ALLOCATION: The party room(s) would be allocated by OliOli® in its discretion.

4) MEALS: Kids meals (1 meal per child) are included in the birthday party package. Adult food available at an additional cost (to be pre-ordered in advance). The food order for kids and adults needs to be finalized at least 4 days prior to the party – and cannot be modified thereafter. Outside food is not allowed (except for the birthday cake itself - and the host takes full responsibility for it).

5) MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS: The final birthday party invoice would be charged at the higher of:

a -- The actual number of attendees (guest list should be finalized at least 4 days before party, adding any extra guests after that or on the day of party is subject to availability) OR

b -- The minimum attendee threshold for the Standard and Themed Package is 10 kids (including the celebrant and siblings if any), and for the Premium and Premium+ Package is 15 kids (including the celebrant and siblings, if any). If the expected number of kids is greater than 25 kids, the OliOli team needs to be informed upon booking of the birthday party.

6) Once the number of children has reached 30, the group may need to be split into 2 to have the full experience of the galleries.

ADULTS:

a -- Standard and Themed package: With each child ticket 1 adult is included complimentary. Additional adult admission would be 45AED.

b -- Premium and Premium+ package: Adults are included free of charge.

7) CHANGE IN NUMBER OF GUESTS/FOOD: Any changes to the party package, including food, guest or galleries, should be made with 4 days written notice.

a -- While we will try our best to accommodate increased number of attendees that arrive on the day of the party, we may not be able to arrange for food or additional resources for the party room (including additional seating)

b -- We may not be able to accommodate a change in the room already allocated to the party.

8) RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION: Parties once booked, cannot be rescheduled. There is no penalty for cancelling the party, if a cancellation email is sent 2 weeks (or more) prior to the party date – and the deposit would be fully refunded to the host. If the party is cancelled less than 2 weeks from the event date – the deposit would be forfeited in its entirety.

9) GUEST CHECK IN: All guests will be allowed entry into OliOli® at the scheduled party time (and not earlier). Guests arriving late will be promptly admitted into the museum. Guests will be checked in at reception and given wristbands, that must be worn at all times.

10) VISITATION RULES: The museum visitation rules apply to all birthday party guests as well. This includes accepting the General Waiver in Relation to Claims and Release of Liability for Visiting OliOli®.

11) THE BIRTHDAY PARTY HOST is held accountable for the guests he/she has invited to the party. Specifically, please note the following:

a -- We do not allow any food or drinks from outside (except birthday cake or cupcakes).

b -- We do not allow any food/drinks (except water) to be consumed outside the café.

c -- OliOli® has been designed to allow families to play together. Please ensure that children are supervised for the duration of the party.

d -- Kids must be above 0.9 meters and below 1.5 meter tall to enter Toshi’s Nets gallery.

e -- Toshi’s Nets, Toddler Gallery, and Light Ball Orchestra within Future Park require socks.

f -- Change of clothes are highly recommended for the Water Gallery.

12) FOR ALL THEMED PARTY PACKAGES:

a -- The themed party will only have access to 3 galleries, subject to the chosen theme.

b -- The order and choice of galleries is based on the theme and sole discretion of OliOli®.

c -- The order of the galleries visited during a Scavenger hunt party will be based on the sole discretion of OliOli®.

d -- The themed experience would take place within the galleries mentioned as per each theme.

e -- The themed package will be applied to all members of the group.

f -- For the best experience of the themed birthday party, all participants must follow instructions provided by the OliOli® guide

g -- All materials utilized during the themed birthday party are the property of OliOli®.

h -- OliOli® reserves the right to divide the group if in case there are more than 25 children for the party.

13) ACCESS TO GALLERIES

a -- Guests are only allowed to experience the galleries that have been selected and/or included by the party host. Admission into the other galleries is prohibited. Any guests who would like to access additional galleries or stay separate from the party group, needs to purchase individual tickets and would not participate in the party program. The galleries visited by the birthday party groups will not be closed off for other museum guests.

b -- The order in which the party would flow from one gallery to another would be determined solely by OliOli® taking into consideration the events schedule for the museum (for the day) and/or chosen theme, to avoid there being more than one party group within the same gallery at the same time.

14) PRIVATE ROOM SETUP & ACCESS/ STORAGE SPACE:

a -- The private party rooms (Party rooms) would already be lightly decorated and outside decorations would not be permitted the only exception being themed partyware (plates, napkins, cutleries) or a few helium balloons attached to a weight.

b -- ACCESS TO THE PRIVATE ROOM WILL BE PROVIDED:
- Standard & Themed package: for the 45-minute duration of meals. Team will inform you if the room is available earlier for safekeeping your belongings/ socializing with the adults.
- Premium and Premium+ package: for the 2-hour duration of the party.

c -- OliOli would provide storage space for safekeeping of party gifts and return gifts.

d -- Third party entertainment is not permitted in OliOli® premises.

15) PARTY DECORATIONS:

a -- You can decorate the party room with balloons and light decorations but no complicated setups, backdrops, balloon arches or wall decoration please. Helium balloons must be pre-inflated tied to a weight and are not permitted to be played with inside the museum. For operational and safety reasons, we do not allow helium tanks, piñatas, glitter, sparkle fountain candles or confetti into the museum. Kindly note that decorations may be taped to the windows but cannot be attached to the walls, tables or cabinets. OliOli® backdrops in the party rooms are the property of OliOli® and any damage or disruption to the room set-up will be chargeable.

b -- Premium and Premium+ package: Access to the room will be provided for the 2hr session of your party only. In case you require earlier/later access to the room, extension charges apply at 375AED/hour. Additional room time is subject to availability and needs to be pre-booked in advance. If a third-party decorator is involved, a fee of AED875 will be charged, providing the decorating team with 1-hr set up before the party. All third-party decorators are required to agree with & sign OliOli setup Terms. Please inquire with your party coordinator upon booking.
