Fun and cosy

Wild Wadi is smaller than some waterparks but, no less fun. It's nice and cosy, especially you don't want to walk around too much to go on rides and to look for your children.

Great waterpark but, some rides are closed because of covid. We love this place though, we've been here several times and enjoyed it very much.

We went to #wildwadi this afternoon with our family visiting. We were 10 including 5 young kids. We had to queue outside in a very hot weather (the couple of fans that were there were only for staff), until one of our kids fainted and lost consciousness. All the kids were crying (very scary for us to watch) and when we asked the staff to let the fathers enter the park to help us (they were still in the queue) the staff refused to let them in. It was a horrible scene to watch, the kid was unconscious. But the staff didn't help us at all. At the end, one staff member came and asked if we wanted them to call paramedics (Hello... Obviously yes!) Long story short, we asked to speak to the manager. I have never seen someone less accountable than this. He kept saying "it's the policy, no tickets no entry" as if we were gonna steal something. He made us feel very bad as if we were thiefs. He showed no empathy at all... we were talking about an uncouscious child! On top of this, we were shocked, it was so crowded and there was no social distancing and NOBODY WAS WEARING A MASK in #wildwadi which made it even more scary! It was totally OVERCROWDED! We went to many water parks this summer in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and it was the first time we saw this...
