Seat assignments are made automatically based on availability, and guests do not have the option to choose their preferred seats.

The rows and seats are subject to availability as the feeds are dynamic. No amendment requests for seats will be accepted once the booking is made

On entry, guest may be asked to display a valid photo identification document such as original government issued ID along with matching name on the debit or credit card that was used for purchase.

Late arrivals will be admitted into the venue at an appropriate interval for the safety of both the guests and artists.

All vouchers are to be redeemed in named outlet and any additional cost exceeding the value of the voucher will be paid by the customer.
