- Food and beverages are not allowed upstairs. They can be purchased inside the attraction if needed.

RESTRICTIONS FOR THE GLASS SLIDE

- Weight: 30-150kg

- Height between 120cm-200cm

- Only one-time slide per ticket

- Wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts. flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves).

- Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the scheduled visit

- Please notify the Sky Views Observatory staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience.

- Please notify the Sky Views Observatory staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.

- For visitors for Sky Slide who wish to watch the sunset between 3pm and 7pm, we recommend booking an entry time approximately 90 minutes prior during peak seasons

- Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower 1 Level 1, entry point next to residence entrance or via The Dubai Mall metro link to the main entrance of Sky Views - Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy).
