- Prepayment is the confirmation of the Customer’s agreement, and implies the reservation of
the list of specified goods and services.
- Minimum required quantity of kids for Silver & Platinum packages - 10 kids, for Gold - at least, 7
kids.
- The deposit for the event is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the deposit can be used
for park tickets and/or food and beverage credit for the à la carte menu. Full payment for the
event must be completed no later than 3 days before the date of the event.
- Outside food and drinks are strictly not allowed in the park and party rooms;
- The order for the animation program, photoshoot, food and cake is carried out no later than 3
days before the date of the event.
- The allowed delay for the animator program is limited to 15 minutes.
- The extension of the party room duration is subject to availability.
- The customer undertakes the responsibility to provide supervision for the children attending
the event and ensure that they follow the park's rules and regulations.
- Changes to the services mentioned can be made no later than 3 days before the date of the
event.
- By booking the event, the guest agrees to the terms and conditions as well as the rules of the
park.
