Group Swim Lessons with Swimaholic DXB

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
• By enrolling your child in swimming lessons at Swimaholic Sports Services (SSS) you accept and understand the terms and conditions. The terms and conditions act as a legally binding contract between you and SSS. The main purpose of the terms and conditions is to protect you and SSS, and to allow SSS to operate effectively.

Booking
• Swimming lessons follow a calendar that is released annually. The lesson calendar and further details can be found on our social media or through our admin by whatsapp.
• Details of your child's first class are to be agreed before payment is made. Days and times of your child's lessons may be required to change as your child develops and progresses through our academy.

Refunds and Cancellation
• SSS is under no obligation to refund any lessons are not attended.
• In the event that a lesson is cancelled due to severely adverse weather or acts of god, SSS will not be liable for providing a refund.
• IF a refund request is considered valid due to injury or ill health then SSS will offer a make up session. In exceptional circumstances if monies are to be refunded then this will be by bank transfer within a maximum of
30 working days. Any bank charges are at the expense of the client.
• All make-up lessons must be used before the last day of the package, use them or lose them.
• Paid monthly package or term sessions are valid only during that month/term and cannot be transferred to the next month/ term.
• If you or your child cannot attend a session for any reason, please call or message us at least 1 day before your scheduled session, otherwise the session will be recorded.
• Term enrolment fees are not refundable.
• For late - the instructor will not stay after a scheduled lesson to compensate the delay time. So if the lesson 30 mins and you came 10 mins late so the lesson is 20 mins.

Payment Policy
• All packages payments must be made in advance via our payment ways, monthly payment or per term.
• All registrations/bookings are to be made via our payment ways and are dealt with on a first come first served basis.
• Prices are disclosed and confirmed before payment is to be made.

After Joining SSS
• The participant will be required to arrive promptly at each session at least 5 minutes prior to the start time), with their SSS swimming cap, goggles, swimming costume.
• A light snack only is advised before swimming. No food or chewing gum is allowed around the pool area.
• At is the parent's responsibility to supervise their child/children before and after the lesson.

Marketing
• I consent to the SSS using photographs and/or video recordings including images of me and/or my children both internally and externally to promote SSS. These images could be used in print and digital media formats including, but not limited to print publications, websites, e-marketing, posters banners, advertising, film, social media, teaching and research purposes.

Medical Conditions
• It is your responsibility to provide information of any existing medical conditions and to inform SSS of any changes to medical conditions.
• All information will be kept strictly confidential.
