WHAT TO EXPECT
----------

- Learn how to swim or improve your swimming technique with a professional female swimming coach in the most effective and enjoyable way

- Sessions suitable for ages 4y+ and their parents too

- Sessions suitable for all levels, from beginner to competitive

- Each session takes 45 minutes for 1–2 people

- Sessions taught by internationally certified female swimming instructors

- After every session, your instructor will provide you with a recap along with exercises for self-practice between sessions to help you make faster progress

- Different swim aid equipment will also be provided to enhance your ability and swimming techniques in the water

- All sessions will be designed and customized towards your needs and learning progress

- Class dates and times can be fully customized and started within a few days

- Bring your own swimsuit and goggles (optional: cap)

- Customer needs to have a swimming pool at their premise or preferred location

- If you have no pool access, Paragon Athletics can provide a location at Smart Vision School in Al Barsha with an additional fee of AED 25 for lane rental

- You can take this class together with friends or family

- For 3 or more persons, the session will be one hour
