Spend a fall day picking apples, riding a wagon through the orchard and exploring family-friendly activities at Mountain Orchards. Stroll through scenic rows of apple trees to pick your own fresh, flavour-packed fruit, from sweet Gala to tart McIntosh.
Admission and parking are free, with additional activities including a corn maze, forest trails, playground, straw jump and picnic areas. Apple picking and Farm Store purchases are charged separately.

APPLE PICKING

- Visitors can pick their own apples, choosing from a rotating selection of seasonal varieties like Honeycrisp, McIntosh, Golden Delicious, and more!
- Picking bags: The two bag sizes are 11lb and 20lb - apples are charged by bag, not total weight.
- Availability of individual apple varieties changes throughout the season, so check the orchard's What's Picking page before visiting.

The playground includes a climbing hill, tractors, tires, swings and teeter-totters, while the forest trails provide an easy way to explore the property.

No reservation is required for a regular orchard visit. The last tractor ride to the orchard leaves 15 minutes before closing.

Orchard bags are provided; apples are priced by bag size, not weight.
Apple picking is approximately a 10-minute walk from the parking lot if you choose not to take the wagon.
Most visits take 1-3 hours depending on how much you pick and explore.
The orchard is open rain or shine.
Dogs are welcome but must be leashed and cleaned up after.
The wagon is not wheelchair accessible. The orchard can be accessed by wheelchair if the visitor is pushed, but the ground is uneven in places and the distance is approximately 500 metres.
Portable washrooms are available, including an accessible unit.
BBQ service is available on weekends.
