The venue unfortunately did not meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness. The ball pit area had visible litter such as water bottles and food items, which raised concerns about hygiene and safety—especially for young children. During our visit- Sunday 1030 in the morning, my 2-year-old even picked up used bottles, which highlighted the need for more frequent cleaning and supervision. We’ve spoken to the staff and raised our concern. We were informed that they hosted a birthday party yesterday hence the situation. I hope the management can address these issues, as the space has great potential to be a fun and safe environment for families.

A perfect little soft play/entertainment zone. Great for all ages (I have two girls aged 2&8). The staff do mini discos throughout the sessions which was fun. It’s very aesthetically pleasing too! Nice and modern, everything is new. The supermarket area is lots of fun! Best of all, it is very well priced.
