- Kindly carry a photo ID with you as it needs to be produced at the entrance.

- Activities and shows are scheduled in dedicated timing and guests should check the schedule before visiting.

- Zoo zip and climb big climb is allowed for guests above 140CM height, and junior climb is allowed for children between 110CM to 135CM Height only.

- Driving adventure is allowed for guests who are above 6 years to 12 years old only.

- No high heels, flip flops, or open-toe shoes - plus, long hair must be tied up and tucked in at the time of driving.

- All Emirates Park Zoo rules and regulations must be followed during visitor visits and the booking policy will apply.

- Tickets are not valid for entry during public holidays.
