Climb aboard the historic Portage Flyer for a scenic 25-minute journey along the Muskoka River to Fairy Lake. Families can enjoy the fall scenery, explore the historic Purser's Cabin and visit the engine cab before returning to the station. A Station Master or Conductor is also available to answer questions about the railway.

What to Expect
----------

- Scenic journey along the Muskoka River to Fairy Lake.

- Approximately 25 minutes total, including a 7-minute train ride each way.

- Stop at Fairy Lake to explore the historic Purser's Cabin.

- Visit the engine cab.

- Explore the Steam Museum and learn about railway technology.

- Speak with the Station Master or Conductor about the railway.

Tickets & Admission

- Train tickets can be purchased at the Rotary Village Station or main admissions desk.

- The station opens 1 hour before the first departure for ticket sales.

- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your departure.

From September 26, train tickets are available only at Rotary Village Station.

Important Visitor Information

- Regular admission to Muskoka Museum and Pioneer Village still applies.

- The last day for the museum and Pioneer Village season is October 10.

- No pets are permitted. Registered service animals are welcome.

- Train station: 100 Forbes Hill Drive, Huntsville, Ontario.
