Materials required:

Glue gun
Bottle caps
CD disc
Balloon

Step one:

Make large holes in your bottle cap.

Step two:

Cover your CD with a piece of paper and decorate it. This step isn’t mandatory.

Step three:

Use your hot glue gun and stick the bottle cap making sure there are no gaps for air to eascape.

Step four:

Now blow the balloon twist its mouth and place it over the bottle cap. Place on a flat surface like the floor and unwind the balloon to watch it move.
