FOR ALL TICKET TYPES:

- The tickets purchased will be valid for 2 weeks from the date of purchase.

- No children under the age of 12 will be admitted to the TNA and animal encounter activities unless they are accompanied by paying adult age 16 years or above.

- A Person of Determination (incl. 1 adult carer) can enter for FREE.

For BU TINAH DHOW, ALL ACCESS & VIP PACKAGE:

- Not applicable for people of determination.

- Kids must be above 1 year old to participate in the glass bottom boat activity.

- Pregnant guests are not allowed to participate in the glass bottom boat activity.

- Guests must be able to ascend and descend stairs to access the boat area.

- Participants must be able to wear a life jacket during the glass bottom boat activity.


FOR VIP PACKAGE:

- This ticket is subject to a group size of maximum 5 guests only, if the number of guests is less than 5, the group will pay the full amount.

FOR COMBO TICKETS:

- The Combo Ticket includes discounted prices for each venue ticket, compared to stand-alone tickets.

- 30 days validity to visit specified parks, from the date of the first park visit.

- The journey should start from TNA.

- There is a height restriction of 120 cm and above (no age restriction) in Pixoul Gaming

- There is a height restriction of 95 cm and above (no age restriction) in Adrenark adventure park. Multiplex karting excluded.
