The Maker Bean Cafe is your place for creative technology camps to engage your kids, as well as tech-focused PA Day camps during winter break, March break, and summer camps.

- The Maker Bean's Kids Tech Camps: The Maker Bean Cafe is your place for creative technology camps to engage your kids aged 6-12! Topics include Robotics, Inventions, Minecraft, and coding.
All camps & programs take place at our 1052 Bloor St. West location. The Maker Bean is an inclusive & positive space for everyone, and children of all backgrounds and gender identities are welcome in our camps.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

The Maker Bean Cafe offers a wide variety of maker-themed activities to bring your friends & family together for your next birthday party!
- Parties last 2 hours, including time for the Maker activity (about 1.5 hours) and birthday song & food or cake (about 0.5 hours). You'll have exclusive use of our separate, colorful & bright maker space for your party, and you're welcome to bring your own food, drinks & decorations. Parents are welcome to stay, or drop kids off & come pick them up later.
- For kids' birthday parties, they offer several fun themes to get your group making, laughing & learning together.

- Learn Laser Cutting: Make & laser cut your own design!
- Minecraft Adventures on a private server!
- Build a light-up laser-cut treehouse!
- Build a Pompom Catapult
To book, contact us to inquire about availability and themes! Please include in your message:
- Dates you'd like to inquire about
- Activity you're interested in (or would like to learn more about!)
- Number of expected kids (final numbers can be confirmed the week before)
- The average age of kids attending
- Wide variety of days/times available, including Saturdays 4-6 pm and Sundays 11am-1pm or 3-5pm, or weekdays after-school
- A 5-child non-refundable deposit ($225) required to hold the booking
- We'd ask you to confirm the final number of participants ~1 week before the party; this number would be used for final payment after the party.
- For no-show participants, we can package a maker kit for you to take home for most activities.
- Minimum of 5 activity participants for parties, max of 20 kids, and up to 25 with enough notice.
- Plenty of nearby parking available, and easy access from Dufferin & Ossington TTC subway stations
