Overview of The High Park Nature Centre

Ages: 0 - Adult

High Park, in the city’s west end, offers visitors 400 acres of forests, gardens, and recreational facilities, with one-third of the park intentionally kept in its natural state.

Today, the High Park Nature Centre continues to offer camps and stewardship programs for children, teens and adults, including Indigenous Youth Wanderers (an immersive Indigenous-led experience) and Youth Rangers.

- Nature Clubs are diverse and welcoming communities where kids, from infants to teens, can learn about nature through songs, hikes, crafts, and outdoor play!

- Early (0-5 Yrs), School Age ( 4-8 yrs), Youth (12 - 16 yrs), Indigenous Youth ( 12 - 17) yrs

- Satisfy children’s curiosity through our Nature Camps where they’re encouraged to ask questions, explore their interests, build leadership skills, and learn about the wonders of nature.
