- BBM/Intermediate: Step it up with weapons training, sparring, boxing, and advanced self-defence techniques.
- Masters/Advanced: For future black belt, includes karate, kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and expert-level skills.
- Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Ground-based training that builds strength, coordination, and discipline through real Jiu Jitsu techniques.

- This is an introductory offer designed to help new students begin training with minimal commitment for $39.95
Two one-on-one sessions where the instructor will assess your current level (beginner) and teach fundamentals of the art
One group class where you’ll train alongside other beginners or current students
You’ll be issued a uniform (gi) included in the cost
No long-term contract required

OTHER INFO - ACADEMY RULES

- Students should attend two classes per week and practice 5-10 minutes daily.
- Kids can start once they know right from left and can follow instructions (usually age 4 or 5).
- All beginners must complete the Quick Start Program before joining group classes.
- Class sizes are small, supported by a Student Assistant Program.
- Respect, focus, and discipline are key values.
- No prior fitness level is needed - training builds it naturally.
