From Parent & Tot classes to recreational, competitive, or adult programs, TGI’s experienced coaches provide top-notch instruction, support, and care. ----- PROGRAMS ----- A) Recreational Gymnastics Programs - Parent and Tot classes (18 months – 3 years) introduces younger children to gymnastics in the company of their parent or caregiver. - Kindergym (3-5yrs) - Advanced Kindergym (5 years, level 3) - Recreational Acro/Boys/Girls (6 – 14 years) - Teen Gym (14 -17 yrs) - Adult Gym (18+ years) B) Gymnaestrada combines gymnastics and dance in a large group routine. Routines are from 5 minutes to 15 minutes in length for the group. TGI’s Gymnaestrada team is put together with athletes of all ages and abilities. C) Recreational Acrobatics, 4 to 6 years, 6 years to 12 years D) Camps: March Break Camp, Summer Camp, PA Day Camps E) Tested Programs
