Kew Gardens Park

Kew Gardens is a large park in The Beaches neighbourhood of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The park stretches from Queen Street East to Lake Ontario at Kew Beach. ---- HIGHLIGHTS ---- - Along it's Queen Street edge you'll find a cenotaph, seasonal flower beds and a library. - The park interior features a wading pool and playground, trails, naturalized and open grassy areas, baseball diamond and a bandstand used for some of the many events that happen in this park. - Where the park meets the beach there are tennis courts, a sports pad used as a sports area in summer and artificial ice rink in winter, an enclosed seasonal winter fire pit. - Kew Gardens Splash Pad: Conveniently located right beside the playground, the Splash Pad is the perfect way for your kids to stay cool while having a blast splashing around in the water. - Kew Williams House (Gardener’s Cottage): At the foot of Lee Ave. you will see Kew Williams House, or the Gardener’s Cottage. - Also located in Kew Gardens close to the boardwalk is the artificial outdoor ice rink. Used for pleasure skating and hockey in the winter and ball hockey, box lacrosse and pickleball in the spring and summer this is a popular year long sports pad.
