Riverdale Flip and Tumble is a gymnastics school in Toronto, Ontario. The programs offered by Riverdale Flip and Tumble run on a quarterly basis (every three (3) months). The school also offers full-day gymnastics summer camps.

- Camps: The main focus of the camp is gymnastics, Also include activities such as arts and crafts, group games, etc.

They also spend time outside at Withrow Park (weather permitting). Camp students are grouped by age and ability into cohorts of up to 6 students and stay together all week.
