One of Ontario’s most iconic lookout towers is officially open for the season. Perched high above the trees near Huntsville, the historic Dorset Lookout Tower offers breathtaking panoramic views over the Muskoka and Haliburton Highlands region - especially stunning during summer and fall road trips.
Originally built in 1922 as a fire lookout tower, the current structure has welcomed visitors since 1967 and remains one of Ontario’s classic scenic stops.
