PROGRAMS

- Kinder Karate: This special program was designed for children ages 3 to 5 to meet your child’s unique needs which include: Self-discipline, Focus, Concentration, Listening Skills, Coordination, and Teamwork.

- Kids Karate: The Kids Karate program was designed for children ages 5 and up to improve health and fitness as part of the curriculum training as well as character development.

Classes for beginner students are 30 minutes in length

Birthday Parties:

Martial arts-themed birthday parties are the perfect solution for busy parents. They will do most of the planning for you, and provide you with a safe, fun environment where your kids and their friends can learn some basic martial arts moves and experience the thrill of being in a real martial arts school.
