- Kinder Karate: This special program was designed for children ages 3 to 5 to meet your child’s unique needs which include: Self-discipline, Focus, Concentration, Listening Skills, Coordination, and Teamwork.

Adult Karate: The Adult Martial Arts program is designed to help adults train their mind, body, and spirit. Our curriculum will help reduce stress and increase flexibility all while learning self-defense and getting a world-class workout.

Martial arts-themed birthday parties are the perfect solution for busy parents. We’ll do most of the planning for you, and provide you with a safe, fun environment where your kids and their friends can learn some basic martial arts moves and experience the thrill of being in a real martial arts school.
