Spend a fun-filled day with the family at Happy Rolph’s Animal Farm, a scenic 15-acre municipal park on the shores of Lake Ontario in St. Catharines.

The free-admission park combines a domestic animal farm, bird-filled ponds, playgrounds, picnic areas and peaceful waterfront trails, making it an easy outdoor outing for families.

The animal farm operates seasonally from Victoria Day weekend through Thanksgiving weekend, while the park’s green spaces remain open year-round.

ANIMAL FARM

The park’s ponds are home to hundreds of ducks, geese, swans and other birds. Visitors can use designated feeding stations to feed the waterfowl.

PLAY & PICNIC
Families can enjoy a large playground, open green spaces, picnic facilities and a pavilion, making it easy to combine animal viewing with outdoor play and a picnic.

9/11 MEMORIAL WALKWAY
Take a peaceful walk along the memorial walkway, which commemorates Canadians who lost their lives in the September 11, 2001 tragedy. The route also offers scenic views toward Lake Ontario.
