Established in 1932, Scenic Caves Nature Adventures is a natural attraction offering year-round seasonal outdoor adventures for all ages. A tourism-award-winning travel experience, it is both a Canadian Signature Experience and an Ontario Signature Experience, designated by the Canadian Tourism Commission. --------- SEASONAL ACTIVITIES --------- A) SUMMER SEASON - Explore trails through 370 acres of forest and nature reserve, suitable for all ages and skill levels. - Visit the impressive suspension bridge over the forest canopy, a thrilling view for kids and adults alike. - Discover natural caves and caverns created millions of years ago - fun for curious children. - Reach look-out points with wide vistas perfect for family photos and soaking in nature. - Enjoy age-appropriate trails: easy, intermediate and advanced, clearly marked for families. - Have a picnic or relax by the pond and feed the fish - a calm break for younger children. - Play mini-golf together - an 18-hole course geared for fun for kids and adults. - Kids can go wild in the Children’s Adventure Playground, while parents set the pace. B) WINTER SEASON - The Nordic Centre reopens once snow returns, offering a full season of winter adventures. Explore winter in nature with 27 km of professionally groomed trails for cross-country skiing through scenic forest landscapes. Enjoy 12 km of snowshoeing trails, ideal for families who prefer walking, exploring and taking in the winter views. Walk or snowshoe Southern Ontario’s longest suspension footbridge The “Children’s Adventure Playground” remains part of the mix - giving younger children opportunities to play off-trail while older kids explore further. The 200-year-old forest is home to native wildlife — kids may spot deer, rabbits, owls, and winter birds along the way. ACTIVITIES -------------- Activities included in park admission: Caves/Crevasse Trail network, 420ft Suspension Bridge, Hiking Trail Centre, Look Out Points, Trout Pond & Picnic Areas, Rocky the Train Ride, Children's Adventure Playground, Wooden Animal Carvings. Available at additional charge Gemstone Mining Adventure, 18 Hole Mini-Golf, Trail's End Grill, and Gift Shop. IMPORTANT TO KNOW

- General admission tickets are available on a first come first serve basis and can only be purchased on site at Scenic Caves. The gates open at 9am.
- Please note that once capacity is reached they close the gates, and reopen once 10 cars have left the property. The timing of this varies every day, and the gates will be closed and reopened several times throughout the day every time 10 cars exit.
- Running/hiking shoes are required for admission.
- Last Park Admission sold 2 hours prior to closing.
- Sorry no pets.
- Self-guided trails are clearly marked and guests should allow a minimum of 2 hours.
- Youth must be accompanied by an adult.
- Amenities such as snack bar and gift shop available to make family visits smoother.

WINTER SEASON

Day trail passes available for visitors; children aged 7 & under get free trail pass access.
- No reservations needed - day tickets and rentals are available on-site only.
- On-site rental options for equipment (skis, snowshoes) mean families can bring their own gear or rent snowshoes and cross-country skis on site.
- Snowshoes or skis are mandatory to access the winter trail system.
- There’s a warm-up building and basic amenities like indoor washrooms, so younger kids can have a break and families can regroup.
