This scenic outdoor ice rink sits right on Hamilton’s waterfront and offers classic open-air skating fun with beautiful harbour views and a relaxed, family-friendly vibe.
The rink is available from 10am to 10 pm for those who have their roller skates.

- Timings (Winter Season)
- Rink hours: Daily 10:00 AM – 9:30 PM (weather and ice conditions permitting)
- Skate rentals:
Weekdays: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Weekends: 10:00 AM – 9:30 PM
Last rentals accepted at 9:00 PM and skates must be returned by 9:30 PM.
- No reservations are typically needed to skate.
- Weather dependent: Outdoor ice and rentals may close temporarily in warm weather or poor conditions.
- Bring warm layers, helmets for all kids, and gloves, comfy winter skating is all about cozy gear!

- Government-issued ID required to rent skates
- ID will be held until skates are returned
- All rentals must be returned 15 minutes before the rental booth closes
- Limited quantities available, rentals are first come, first served
