Dundurn National Historic Site

The Dundurn National Historic Site is a notable attraction located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. It is a historic neoclassical mansion known as Dundurn Castle, situated on York Boulevard.

- The Kitchen Garden, which spans two acres, showcases cultivation techniques and tools used in the 1850s. Costumed interpreters use 19th Century tools to grow food for Dundurn's kitchen. Hands-on workshops let visitors harvest food for use in historic recipes in the castle's kitchen

- Throughout the year, Dundurn Castle and its grounds host various events and programs, including garden tours and Christmas programming.

- The garden is only open from May to October, even though the castle is open all year. Free tours of the garden are available during the summer months of July and August.
