Owned and run by a husband and wife team, The Roost Rotisserie is a local, homegrown concept located in the heart of Dubai. They’re all about chicken - hormone-free, antibiotic-free, fresh, and locally sourced birds. No nasties whatsoever. The Roost’s “mama chick”, Hadil Alkhatib, had grown a passion to explore different cuisines and flavors, and it always took her back to the main focus of clean eating - especially for her daughters. And so the journey began with the birth of The Roost where the team looked at every ingredient meticulously to ensure that it is a venue where they know confidently that they would be happy to feed their own lovely little chicks. Though chicken is the heart and soul of the restaurant, alongside the rotisserie, a custom-made grill prepares other equally high-quality meats and seasonal vegetables - roasted in an open environment for all to see. Their sauces, salads and all other menu offerings are crafted in-house to ensure that you will experience the freshest of flavours. They even have several vegetarian options too. As they believe that life is a balance, they also offer a few naughty dishes; home-made desserts, freshly made with real ingredients. Their signature dessert Kurtos Calacs comes with numerous flavours, fresh fruit and home-made ice cream fillings.
