• A birthday booking shall not be confirmed until a non-refundable booking deposit of a 50% of the relevant birthday package fee is paid.
• In case of any emergencies occurring to the family, Noon by Fagnoon should be notified at least 4 days before the event date, in order to reschedule to another day according to availability for one time only.
• Any changes in the birthday party are not allowed later than 48 Hours prior the day of the event & subject for approval.
• Noon by Fagnoon hosts more than a Birthday at the same time.
• Event Giveaways must be safe for kids and surroundings. ( No fireworks, Soap liquids, sharp edged items, or permanent markers/stickers).
• Outsourced services are only allowed after notifying and approval by Noon by Fagnoon. In case of a sudden show up in the event’s day, they then have the full right to disallow their entrance.
• Kids health is important, Noon by Fagnoon forbids entry of any kinds of fizzy drinks or chips such as Pepsi, Cocacola, 7 Up, Chipsy or any similar product.
• Toddlers ticket from 1-3 years does not include activities.
