Stouffville Skating Club

The Stouffville Skating Club is a non-profit, community-based organization that has offered skating instruction in the Town of Stouffville since 1951. ----------- PROGRAMS ----------- A) PreCanSkate - (3-4 yrs) Precan will be offered during Canskate on the 4 Saturday sessions B) CanSkate -(5-12 yrs) Designed for all beginner skaters age 5 to 12 the focus is on fun, participation and basic skill development. - All lessons are taught in a group lesson format. All classes are 50 minutes in length once per week. C)Intro to Starskate (Figure Skating) - Once your skater has passed CanSkate Badge 4 they will qualify for our Intro to Starskate Session. Starskate is Skate Canada's Figure Skating program. - Please contact the club for more information if your skater is interested in Figure Skating. D) Adult/Teen Learn to Skate ( 13+ yrs) - The Adult (Teen) Learn to Skate program teaches the fundamentals of skating required for recreational skating/hockey.
