Located 10 minutes north of Toronto, on 325 hectares of pristine woodlands, the Kortright Centre for Conservation combines a natural oasis with some of the most leading-edge sustainable education programs and events in Canada. Kortright Centre hosts 100,000 visitors annually. It offers a wide variety of environmental education programs, as well as sustainable technology education and training, naturalist courses and workshops, programs for seniors, and more. 1) Outdoor Family Experiences - Themed Experiences of 2 hours duration. - Nature Experience, Survival skills, Mapping and Orienteering, Insects 2) Summer 2023 Nature Camps - The Kortright Summer Nature Day Camp is for children 4-11 years of age who like nature and spending time outdoors. Each week of camp has a new theme, so you can come for just a week or stay for the whole summer. - Our 2023 programming includes leadership camps for youngsters ages 12-14 and 14-16. - Conservation Parks Members receive a 10% discount for camp registration.
