High Junction Gymnastics

High Junction Gymnastics offers a variety of programs for kids of all ages and abilities, starting as early as 9 months old. They offer a variety of programs, including summer camps and recreational gymnastics classes, that develop athletic ability and help kids learn to balance on beams or do handsprings. ----- PROGRAMS ----- - Twinkle Stars, this program is an introduction to gymnastics for babies and their parents in a safe and fun environment. Ages: 9 months - 18 months. Requries Adult Supervision - Budding Stars (Caregiver and Tot): This introduction to the world of gymnastics is a caregiver participation class where a caregiver assists with a warm-up, a weekly circuit, free time and parachute. Ages: 18 months - 3 yrs. Requries Adult Supervision - Shining Stars (Junior kinder gym): This is our fun filled 60 minute structured class designed especially for beginner 3 - 4.5 year olds, Class length: 1 hour, Class ratio: 1/6 - Shooting Stars (Advanced kinder gym): Class length: 1.5 hours, 2 times a week (total 3 hrs), Ages: 5-6 years old, Class ratio: 1/8 - Rising Stars (Senior kinder gym): This is a 1-hour class designed for 4.5 - 6 year old boys and girls. Class ratio: 1/7 - All Stars (Recreational gymnastics): This class is 1.5 hours in length, and is for 6 - 12 year olds. This is the first level where students get full 15-minute rotations on all of the events. - Super Stars (Advanced gymnastics): This is an advanced program of 2 hours duration, and is for 6 - 12 year olds. - Competing Stars: The Competing Stars program is for the advanced recreational gymnastics student that has spent a few years doing gymnastics.
