- Outdoor temperatures must generally be between 18°C–26°C, with a shaded area provided during warmer weather.

- A suitable indoor backup location is required for outdoor bookings.

- Travel fees apply for locations outside central Toronto and vary by service zone.

- Animal attendance is based on health, temperament and welfare on the day of the event, ensuring the best experience for both guests and animals.
