Our birthday party rooms are of great sizes and comes with a television, coat racks, Black board to add personal wishes/messages, prearranged tables, chairs, and lots more. We can hold your spot for 48 hours. During that time you will need to come on in review the paperwork, sign off on the details and provide payment. Easy as that! ----------------------- POLICIES & RULES ------------------------ - Three varieties(Excluding Cake) of outside nut-free food is allowed only inside the party rooms. - SkyFun is available for an additional charge of $6.99 for party guests. - Socks are mandatory to enter the play area. - All Party rooms are allocated for 2 hours in duration and customers agree to vacate the party room at the end of birthday party. - Additional charge of 25$ every 15 minutes apply after 2 hours duration is completed. - Grip Socks are mandatory to access Sky Fun Rope Course. Socks are available at $ 3.50 per pair. - 100$ non-refundable deposit is required upon reservation. - Our Facility is strictly Peanut free. Outside peanut-free food should stay only within the party room. - No substitutions or discounts for unused party package items. - Deposits and Payments collected are non-refundable. Customers can re-schedule reservations at no extra cost before 1 week of the event date. - No food is allowed on the play ground. All food has to stay inside the party rooms. Food isn’t allowed in the common area. - Epic Planet Fun is not responsible for any personal items lost inside/outside the facility.
