Children’s Arts Theatre School

The Children's Arts Theatre School is a professional theatre training organization providing classes and programs in acting, singing, dancing, and musical theatre for children aged 3 to 18 years old in Toronto, Ontario. The curriculum is designed to provide intensive training in the performing arts, building discipline and passionate young artists. Led by a team of professional artist-educators, the organization offers high-quality theatre training programs that culminate in a final performance showcasing the students' skills. Locations: Children's Arts Theatre School has different locations in Toronto. - Willowdale Location (NORTH TORONTO): After School/Saturday Programs, and Summer Camp - Danforth Location (EAST TORONTO): After School/Saturday Programs, and Summer Camp - High Park Location (WEST LOCATION): After School/Saturday Programs, and Summer Camp - Bloor & Spadina Location (DOWNTOWN LOCATION): Saturday Programs - Hamilton (HALTON LOCATION): Tuesday & Saturday Programs and Summer Camp ---- PROGRAMS ---- - Drama School Programs: The Kids Drama School has these programs by age group Junior Drama (3-6 yrs), Intermediate Drama ( 7-11 yrs), Advanced Drama 12-18 years) - This program is for three terms ( Fall, Winter and Spring drama sessions) - The Fall Term is a 10 week drama session + 1 final performance. This term runs from September to December with an end of term introductory production. - The Winter Term is a 10 week drama session + an open house class. This term runs from January to March. Our spring term year end production is introduced in this term. - The Spring Term is a 9 week drama session + 1 dress rehearsal and + 1 final performance. This term runs from April to June. This is a continuation of our winter term. The year end production will be performed at the end of this term, in a professional theatre, at Theatre Passe Murielle, located at 16 Ryerson Ave, Toronto, ON M5T 2P3 - Online Classes: Private coaching, Playwriting, Story Drama sessions, Junior Dance & Move, Dance101, Vocal training, - Summer Camps: Is an intensive and creative two-week theatre camp offers campers ages 4 -13.
