- Pre-Booked Tours: Visitors may pre-book guided tours at least 24 hours in advance. We have a few different tour options available for our pre-booked tours including a general guided tour and our popular tours and activities.
These tours are available Tuesdays to Saturdays at 10 AM, 1 PM, and 3 PM*. Pre-booking is required and can be done through the inquiry form below or by contacting [email protected].
- General Tours:
Our General Tours are approximately an hour in length and are led by our knowledgeable guides who will take visitors through the Lawson Site and our permanent galleries.
Our new tour option Tour & Activity is a new spin on our popular Family Field Trip. In addition to a tour of the Lawson Site and permanent galleries, this option also includes a workshop(s), suitable for all ages.
- Camps: PA Day Camp, March Break Camp
- Birthday Parties: The Museum of Ontario Archaeology is a great birthday party place for kids!
We are excited to offer the programming and space to make your child’s birthday a unique and memorable one. Museum programmers bring to life three fun themes: Ice Age Adventure, CSI (Crime Scene Investigation), and Dig It!
Our party package now includes the following:
- 1 hour of programming (led by an MOA team member) and up to 1 hour of use of our classroom space for gift opening.
- You’re welcome to bring food and drink to have at the party during the hour in the classroom!
- Up to 12 children (including the birthday child). One adult supervisor must be present and we will allow up to a maximum of 15 persons in total which could include additional adult supervisors or younger siblings who are not participating.
Birthday Programming is available Tuesdays to Sundays at 10 AM and 1:30 PM.
