In Harmony Dance & Wellness provides high quality dance classes while encouraging healthy self-esteem and physical well-being throughout all of our programs. ---------- PROGRAMS ------------ Mini Sessions are a great way to try out our studio or get a taste of a new style of dance for all seasons, spring, summer, fall or winter. These 6 or 8 week programs are low commitment with no performance or extra activities. Our full year classes run in two terms September to December & January to June! Our first session ends with our Holiday Show & our second session ends with our annual year end recital. These longer classes allow dancers to delve deeper into their training, create friendships with their peers & mentorships with their instructors. Virtual classes by day: These classes are dedicated to online students only to allow for individualized attention & specialized classes while training from home. Trial classes: We welcome you to come try a class at IHD. Please pre-register for class. Space is limited in classes and we do not guarantee space for trials but we are happy to direct you to another class with room! Camps: Our camps offer the right balance of dance and fun activities to keep your dancer engaged, active and learning during time off from school. Birthday parties are packed with fun! Each party includes a dance class, make and take craft followed by pizza, drinks and cake in the party room!
