Hilton Falls conservation area is only 45 minutes away from Toronto and is a hidden paradise tucked away near Hwy 401 in Milton. It has a little bit of everything from lush hiking trails, Old Mill ruins, lakeside trails, and of course, the gushing Hilton Falls itself.

- There are three trails that were designed for mountain bikers to get their hearts pounding; hikers and runners will get their blood pumping on the Red Oak Trail

- Just to the side of the falls, you'll also find the remains of the Old Mill. These stone ruins are what is left of the 18th century saw mills at the base of the falls

- Hilton Falls Conservation Area and the falls are open year-round. You can also use these trails to bike in the warm months and cross-country ski when the snow comes.Reservations are required, and there's a small fee to get in.
