Bronte Creek Provincial Park offer visitors a variety of recreational experiences year round! ------------ HIGHLIGHTS ------------ - Campground off Bronte Road has 142 camp sites, 3 yurts, group camping areas and a leash free pet exercise area. - The park has over 10km of multi-purpose trails, 11 picnic shelters (reservable), - The nature centre offers live animals and exhibits on natural history, and includes aquariums, terrariums, and displays on local reptiles, amphibians, birds, fish and insects. - A turn-of-the-century living history museum, nature centre, children’s playbarn, and a seasonal outdoor 1.8 acre pool. - Spend Family Day at Bronte Creek! Visit us at our Nature Centre for live animals, hands-on activities, nature and heritage crafts and more! Other park attractions include Children's Playbarn, farm animals, toboggan hill and trails! - Park visitors can enjoy many daily guided programs July and August. These programs are developed with children and families in mind. Topics vary with the season and current concerns such as biodiversity, creatures of the night, life under a log, invasive species and noxious plants. - Annual events include the award winning Maple Syrup Festival each March, Fall Harvest Festival, and Victorian Christmas. -Please note that Bronte Creek Provincial Park has 2 separate access points. Campers MUST access the campground via 3201 Upper Middle Road W off Bronte Road. - Picnic area, playbarn, pool are found on the day-use only area which MUST be accessed via the 1219 Burloak Drive entrance.
