- Recreational Rhythmic Gymnastics: Introduces children to the basics of rhythmic gymnastics in a fun and non-competitive environment.

Programs available for children aged 3 and up.

- Pre-Competitive Program: prepares young gymnasts for competitive rhythmic gymnastics in a structured environment. Typically for children aged 5-7.

- Competitive Program: To train gymnasts for regional, provincial, and national competitions. Includes Advanced Training, Choreography, Competition Preparation, Physical and Mental Conditioning
